The basis of the light crab salad is the well-known Neptune salad. I really like its sweetish taste, so I make it quite often and modify it to suit my mood. When I want a light salad, I exclude the rice and replace the cucumbers with lettuce. As a result, the crab salad turns out to be delicate in taste and light. The truth is that it is eaten twice as fast, but this is wonderful, since lettuce leaves quickly lose their original shape, and the salad loses its attractiveness.

The salad is made very quickly, you just need to hard boil the chicken eggs in advance. The necessary products can be prepared and cut in any order, since in the end the salad is still mixed.

I chopped the crab sticks into small cubes, maybe the meat, and put them in a deep salad bowl.

She opened a can of canned corn, poured out the juice, and combined the corn with crab sticks.
