What we will need:

  • pieces of boiled, fried or smoked chicken – 200 g;
  • large white loaf – 1-2 pieces (calculate the number of guests);
  • mayonnaise - 50 g;
  • champignon mushrooms – 70 g;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • any greens - a small bunch.

To make hot sandwiches:

  1. We cut the mushrooms and fry them with onions.
  2. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  3. Place the chicken and mushroom filling on top on slices of bread pre-greased with mayonnaise.
  4. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and herbs.
  5. Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve to the table on a large flat dish, eat with strong sweet tea with a slice of lemon.
