Salad: shrimp, crab sticks, cheese

This is a classic salad that is prepared “from whatever is in the refrigerator.” That is, to the specified ingredients you can add foods to your taste - chicken breast, champignons, boiled vegetables. Another advantage of salad with shrimp and cheese is that it is quite filling and can be stored in the cold for several days. The main thing is to season with mayonnaise just before serving.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp meat – 340 g;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • crab sticks – 220 g;
  • processed cheese – 1 pc.;
  • pickled corn - 220 g;
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper mixture.

Cooking method:

Cook the shrimp, cool, and clean. Pepper, salt, let it brew. Three cheeses on a coarse grater, cut crab sticks into slices. Mix everything, if served immediately, season with mayonnaise.

In winter, crab salad with shrimp can be varied with finely chopped pickled cucumber. It will make the salad a little more spicy.

Salad with shrimp and squid

This salad is low-calorie, beautiful, bright.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp meat – 200 g;
  • lettuce leaves – 10 pcs.;
  • egg – 3 pcs.;
  • squid – 2 pcs.;
  • Greek yogurt, salt.

Cooking method:

Wash the squid, clean it, boil for 3 minutes. We also cook shrimp and eggs, if necessary, clean the shrimp. Cut the squid meat into strips. Place salad on a flat dish, top with half eggs, shrimp, and squid. Add some salt to the yogurt and drizzle the resulting dressing over the salad.

Salad with shrimp and arugula

This salad is for spicy lovers. It can be prepared both for every day and for holidays as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp meat – 250g;
  • avocado, cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • salad (lettuce, arugula);
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • lemon juice, pepper mixture, salt, olive oil.

Cooking method:

Boil the shrimp and cool. Cut the onion, cucumber and avocado into cubes, pepper, salt, and let the juice escape a little. Mix everything, add salad, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with olive oil. Shrimp and avocado salad can be served garnished with spicy cheese or herbs.

Salad with shrimp and pineapple

Ingredients:

  • shrimp meat – 350 g;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • pickled pineapple – 200 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

Boil shrimp and eggs, let cool, and peel. Cut all ingredients into cubes and season with mayonnaise.

Caesar salad with shrimp

Caesar with shrimp is a salad whose recipe is suitable for a festive feast. But with its help you can also diversify your daily menu.

Ingredients:

  • canned anchovy fillet – 100 g;
  • tomato – 3 pcs.;
  • ciabatta – 4 slices;
  • egg yolk – 1 pc.;
  • romaine lettuce - 1 head;
  • shrimp meat – 0.5 kg;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • olive oil – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 250 g;
  • lemon juice – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking method:

At 2 tbsp. l. fry finely chopped garlic and ciabatta cubes in oil. Remove, add another spoonful of oil and fry the shrimp until cooked. Remove to a separate bowl to cool. Prepare the sauce: combine water, yolk, mustard, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Heat over low heat until bubbles form, remove from heat and allow to cool. We cut the tomatoes into slices and tear the salad into pieces. We collect all the salad ingredients and season with the cooled sauce.
