We prepare the following products:

  • Onions 150 gr. (purified).
  • Oyster mushrooms 100 gr.

  • Sour cream 50 gr.

  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil 20 ml.
  • Greens to taste. (green onions, dill, parsley, etc.).

Cooking Pork Chops with Cheese

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 200°C.
  2. Rinse the pork, dry it and cut into pieces 1 cm thick. Lightly pound, salt and pepper.
  3. Onions and mushrooms. Fry in a frying pan until soft.
  4. Grate the cheese. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Fry the pork chops on both sides until golden brown. Do not fry for a long time, we only need to get a golden brown crust. Place them on a baking sheet, top with tomato slices, fried onions and mushrooms. Then generously coat with mayonnaise-sour cream dressing. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the oven, transfer to a plate, sprinkle with herbs and serve.

Place breaded chicken chops in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.


It is enough to fry the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side. Otherwise the meat will become dry.


The finished chicken chops are tender and juicy, and topped with a crispy cheese crust. Serve the chops garnished with herbs and vegetables.
