Without heat treatment Freshly collected eggs can be stored 2–3 weeks and in a cool place. The optimal temperature for storing eggs is from 0 to +10°C.

If there is no refrigerator, the product can be placed in wooden boxes. You can make such a box yourself or use ready-made wooden pallets. How to do it correctly:

  1. Brush the surface of the eggs with vegetable oil or other natural fat;
